Our group adopted a more agile production strategy by strategically diversifying its manufacturing footprint beyond China, inaugurating a new facility in Southeast Asia. This initiative enhanced supply chain resilience to meet the evolving demands of international customers.

Integrated Business Model

Our integrated business model, consolidating the most critical functions of design, research and development, manufacturing, sales and marketing is fundamental to our continued success. We have evolved our business operation model from pure OEM to one that is a combination of (i) OEM (original equipment manufacturing); (ii) ODM (original design manufacturing) that incorporates design and manufacturing sofas; and (iii) OBM (original brand manufacturing) that incorporates design, manufacturing, marketing and selling our own branded sofas, domestically and internationally.

Own Design, Research & Development (R&D)

Our Haining Research and Development Centre was set-up in 2003. Staff members of the R&D Centre are responsible for the conceptualizing, designing and developing of new and innovative sofa and other furniture products, identifying new trends and consumers preference.

We also engage an independent experienced sofa designer based in USA to assist in product design.

Products

We produce Sofa Covers, Stationary Sofas, Motion Sofas, and Sofas with Smart Home Features (Audio, Massage, Beverage Cooling, Bluetooth, and USB Port Conections).
